Your feedback will be carefully reviewed and, where appropriate, will help shape the final development proposals. The planning application will include a Statement of Community Involvement, summarising the feedback received during this consultation and explaining how it has influenced the submitted plans.

When Spitfire Bespoke Homes submits a full planning application to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, it will seek approval for all aspects of the proposed development, including site layout, design, landscaping, and access arrangements.

Should the application be approved, Spitfire Bespoke Homes will proceed with delivering the high-quality homes and associated infrastructure as set out in the approved plans.
